Crazy things are going on!

Sorry I haven't blogged in over a month. We have been busy! Matt is doing an incredible job at coaching and really loving it! He also found out he already has a paid job this summer to coach which is really exciting! I went back to school a few weeks ago and I love it but its difficult to get into the groove again. My nana has been in and out of the hospital and so I have been busy with that lately and helping out my family. Hopefully we figure out what is going on! So we just pray life calms down so we could enjoy this beautiful fall!

Our One Year Anniversary!!!

WE MADE IT!!!! Yesterday Matt and I celebrated our one year anniversary of being married. It was a beautiful day yesterday so we had a picnic. It may sound so sweet and romantic and it was. We have been so busy and have so much to do before the weather turns and I go back to school that yesterday Matt was painting and so I went and picked up McDonalds for lunch and we ate it on the front lawn. It was very cute. Even though it was a holiday Matt still had a football game and so he was gone for the whole afternoon. Last night we got to eat our anniversary cake. We got a free one from the bakery who made our wedding cake so we didn't have to eat a frozen cake. It was so yummy and we still have some left! It was nice just relaxing at home and thinking of just one year ago we were having a huge party and how its been one whole year since I locked his keys in our getaway car. We are so thankful for everyone that has supported us along the way and been here for us this entire year. Through moving, decorating our upstair apartment, traveling, health scares, gaining new family members, baseball season, beginning of football season, and all the ups and downs of friendships. We wouldn't want to be anywhere else.

Life Just Got Crazier!

In case you haven't heard we have had one busy summer!!! We went to Sun River, OR with Matt's whole family. What a blast we had! Planning on going back next year. When we got back Matt and I went into total decoration mode and refinished loads of furniture. In between that Matt as been playing and coaching baseball all summer. I have been busy working. Once life calmed down a bit Matt got a phone call asking to be a football coach at Steilacoom HS. He accepted so we are now cheering for two high schools this fall (my brother plays for Lakes HS). Since Matt doesn't get all the fun I decided I am going back to school! We feel that we have all these opportunities and why not try it out. Pray we stay sane!
